You will lead a team of skilled engineers, manage asset maintenance for hire equipment and champion a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation for reliability by ensuring all equipment meets rigorous industry standards before reaching the customers.
You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, consistently providing high quality test drive experiences.
You will be directing customers towards empty car parking spaces, assisting them with loading their vehicles if needed. We will be looking for you to smile and greet customers and do everything possible to make parking simple and easy for customers.
You will be provided with a warm hi-vis jacket, hat and the necessary marshalling equipment.
You will work closely with Campaign Managers to develop bid strategies, setting out win themes and aligning the proposal with the client's operational and commercial goals.
You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including familiarisation workshops and accredited bid management courses, supporting your professional growth in the bid management sector.
