You will be part of the Stock Management Team focusing on cost reduction and quality improvements while mentoring your team. You will deliver coaching and development within your team and hold regular team huddles to ensure your team are engaged and up to date.
You will ensure the operation runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and drive quality and adherence to processes to serve customers.
