You will manage teams of Leads, Engineers, and Technicians often across various locations to ensure commissioning work is executed to meet legal, regulatory and project requirements. You will be responsible for: • Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.

You will manage and coordinate ~£60m p/a of contractual spend - including coordination and reporting of pan-organisational information (e.g. Defined Cost, Disallowed Cost, cost covered by Fee, invoicing and timesheets) - primarily operating within Joint Venture environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic technical direction, and ensure that engineered solutions meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical leadership position and enjoys guiding teams through complex engineering challenges.

You will take responsibility for project cost forecasting, cost control systems and budget management, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial governance across the programme.

You will join our Mechanical Engineering team who sit within a multidisciplinary engineering department, which includes, Civil Structural, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Engineering Management, Robotics, and Technology Solutions.
