You will plan, design, create, deliver and evaluate prevention interventions and campaigns that are evidence-led and target the most at-risk groups in line with the Service delivery plan and prevention team strategies and plans.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Service has a sustainable pool of advocates to fulfil prevention duties across the Service geographical area.
