You will ensure outstanding outcomes for young people while creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture for staff.
You will lead by example, embedding best practice in line with the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, maintaining inspection readiness, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
You will be working as part of a 2 or 3 person team unblocking drains outside properties and on the public highway, other work will include working on planned maintenance and waste water projects. This can sometimes be dirty & physical work at times but will be a secure position working on behalf of a National Utilities Company so there is excellent long term job security with a big company.
You will work closely with our Senior Account Managers, supporting existing client accounts while learning how to identify and develop new business opportunities.
