Call Centre Operator jobs in Gloucestershire

You will be working Friday, 09:30-17:30 & Saturday, 08:15-16:15, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

You will support in the maintenance of the schools buildings, gardens and grounds to a high standard throughout the year.

You will be joining a school that is purposeful, curious, proud, and supportive.

You will manage payroll reconciliations, company credit cards, support pricing strategies, along with financial analysis for new projects.

You will support audit preparation, manage relationships with external stakeholders (HMRC, banks), along with partnering internally with senior leadership to explain financial data.

You will work 5 days out of 7, on 8-hour shifts between 22:00 (10 PM) - 06:00 (6 AM). - Role Focus: Auditing Inbound accuracy (GFR), Picker accuracy checks, and Load Adherence compliance. - Environment: Fast-paced, target-driven, chilled working environment, involving periods of manual handling.

You will also be expected to share this knowledge through coaching and mentoring more junior engineers, running demonstrations or training sessions for other engineers and documenting your own experiences within internal Knowledge Base articles or through the various Northrop Grumman Centres of Excellence.

You will have the opportunity to influence and shape the standards that the wider team operates to, whilst also mentoring other engineers on the team as they broaden their skillset into AWS and software development.

You will be expected to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, whether it’s helping a colleague, working some work items or cases, talking to our customers, running reports, continuously striving for better or dealing with an escalated complaint. 36.5 hours a week: Shift work between 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday, some Saturday and Sundays 9am-5pm and some Bank holidays 9-5pm.
