You will do this by analysing the complexities and subtleties of how digital information is formatted across a wide range of types, including office suites, media, images, 3 D, GIS and various specialist formats to build an internal knowledge base covering file formats and the tools that manipulate them.
You should carry work in high standards and in line with current company policies and procedures and report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring own work and work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
You will become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on one or more operating systems.
You will be able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.
You will need to be a UK national and able to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Clearance.
You will need to be a call centre professional, having managed front line colleagues through a front-line leadership level and be a role model in your actions and ambitions.
You will bring a nice balance Between BAU management and thinking about the future.
You will be close to the coal face; you will be someone who still wants to be visible and there to provide advice and guidance.
You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
