You will be involved in managing the project commercially from early procurement through to completion. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: - Manage sub-contract procurement - Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations - Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client

You will take ownership of the commercial function, provide strong leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach.
