You will report directly to the Senior Design Manager and your role will provide civil and pipeline engineering technical reviews, guidance and inputs to both clean water and water recycling infrastructure projects.
You will provide design support for numerous infrastructure schemes and will ensure all designs are fit for purpose and meet current legislation and standards.
You will understand early on that our customers matter to us.
You will spend your time across the office environment, in the Plant and on the shop floor, occasional site visit/ customer meetings; Working with our teams and growing in skills and confidence as you progress toward Lead Project Engineer.
You will design and program automation, develop new manufacturing processes and lead full lifecycle projects that make a real impact across the site.
You will ideally have: A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). Preferably chartered, or working towards chartered status. Proven experience in mechanical design—ideally in the water sector or similar complex infrastructure environment. Strong understanding of industry standards, health and safety legislation, and construction principles.
You will play a key role in shaping hygienic process systems that meet demanding industry standards while remaining practical and buildable.
