You will be supported to work 3 days per week in this role.

You will be an experienced HR generalist with proven business partnering skills who can coach and share your wealth of knowledge with our current team.

You will help empower our managers in the Wales and West region to create environments where our people perform and thrive.

You will have detailed knowledge, competence and qualifications in a selection of the following fields. It is not expected that applicants will have expertise in all of the below topics. Applicants will be expected to have focus areas and detailed knowledge within them and should demonstrate a willingness to gain expertise in other topic areas.

You will focus on shaping the vision for data, establishing governance frameworks and driving adoption of modern data and analytics practices across the business.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams and business units to embed data as a core enabler for growth and innovation.

You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, system efficiency, and full compliance with health and safety procedures. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products. Duties will include: - Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients.
