You will support the Registered Manager and our geographically based teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of a high-quality Care at Home service to those individuals on service.
You will assess the needs of each service users’ outcomes and create support plans that demonstrate they meet the individual’s needs.
You should hold a SVQ2 or equivalent SCQF level 5 qualification in an administration related subject. Where you do not hold this, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role is essential. A positive and enthusiastic team player is required who enjoys interacting with children and adults in a busy environment.
You will own the relationship from research and initial introductions, up until there is a fully qualified sales opportunity identified and an appointment booked for the client directly to interact with the prospect, either by telephone or face to face.
You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English or German/French/Spanish/Italian/Russian or Arabic.
You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
