You will be part of a team responsible for developing Electro Mechanical Control Systems using quantitative methods to solve problems for internal and external Caterpillar customers. You will also be training users in the new workflow. The business data will involve order management data related to things like supply chain, shipping data, invoice data, dealer spare parts, and inventory. Requirements * Ordering systems and processes. SAP * Salesforce * Project management experience.
You will be working on projects that shape industries, collaborate with international teams, and be part of a transformation that is radicalising and redefining how business gets done.
You will support critical systems like SAP and Salesforce, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with international teams to streamline workflows and deliver digital transformation projects.
You will act as a key point of contact for resolving order issues, improving workflows, and supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the business. Key Responsibilities Support daily order management activities across the business. Act as a point of contact for customer and business partner queries relating to orders, documentation, and invoicing.
You will manage the onsite advertising team (2 within the UK and 6 offshore).
You will work closely with digital marketing and product marketing teams, sharing learnings across channels and ensuring adverts reflect the latest sales performance and trend insights.
You will partner with data science, design and development teams to drive improvements to targeting, creative quality and advert delivery.
