Business Support Assistant jobs in Kettering

You will effectively coordinate and allocate care staff to people accessing the service, ensuring that all care visits are covered. You may also under take confidential administrative support to managers, using appropriate systems, procedures and resources, ensuring that North Northamptonshire Council policies and values are complied with and reporting deadlines are met.

You will be working with aa wide variety of clients in terms of size and verticals, so you will be working with lots of different solutions. There is exceptional growth and development on offer.

You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus.

You will provide leadership to your team, who will consist of each team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, who holds complex cases and supports 5 or 6 Social Workers / Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified Social Worker within their team.

You will have the ability to manage a team and ensure development and performance issues are addressed though support and coaching.

You will drive strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and champion continuous improvement in processes, tools, and customer satisfaction.
