You will be based in the Northwest HQ, but support sites in Belfast and UK mainland, with travel to Belfast once a week, and travel to UK, once a month. The Role The role will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR plans focused on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance and talent management.
You will set and evolve the technical direction for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot, provide architectural leadership across pre-sales and delivery, and help shape how we design modern, secure and scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies.
You must hold a full valid drivers licence and have completed L3 Light Vehicle Studies. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the line manager.
