You will be trusted to work independently on high-value equipment that provides critical support to the grid. The business also operates a call-out rota, which you'll join once familiar with their fleet and systems.

You will be able to think about the technologies, data, and organisational infrastructure that are needed as part of delivering successful service outcomes. As part of multidisciplinary teams, you will be able to work independently, and with other specialists to produce high-quality work that meets the needs of users.

You will lead the coordination and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our major construction projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full MEP design and delivery cycle, managing program and planning aspects, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and digital handover.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to position apprenticeship levy-funded programmes, leadership development, and specialist learning solutions as strategic tools for workforce transformation.
