You will have no direct reports however, a key requirement will be to influence and work across our divisions to improve deliverables and processes.

You will be instrumental in consolidating group results, managing key reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level.
You will manage a dedicated team focused on supporting both operational companies and central functions, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple departments.
You must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be based within a commutable distance of the East Midlands region at the time of applying, as on-site presence will be required three days per week. You will be a technically strong Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE and possess strong Excel and analytical skills.
You will work incredibly closely with key operations stakeholders so a strong commercial awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail are all important.
