You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.
You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.
You will report directly to the founder and work closely with technical leadership and senior contributors to keep product work moving from idea to release.
You will be joining at a point where delivery quality and speed really matter, with the opportunity to shape how product work gets done across the company.
You will ensure high service standards, robust H&S and compliance governance, lead the delivery team, and critically drive profit margins, business efficiency, revenue generation, and pipeline growth through operational control and strong client relationship management.
You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services.
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of several small-to-medium construction projects, typically valued between £100k and £1m, from pre-start through to handover.
