You will be responsible for optimising workflows, automation, data usability, establishing & maintaining CRM governance, CRM road mapping, CRM Best Practice, and overall CRM strategy. Based on the outskirts of Northampton you MUST have your own transport and be happy to do 4 days a week in the office.

You will already hold the SBM qualification or be willing to undertake training in order to gain it.
You will monitor developments in technology and consider how it can be used to enhance the school’s business processes, teaching and learning, and staff wellbeing.
You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
