You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.
You will be responsible for optimising workflows, automation, data usability, establishing & maintaining CRM governance, CRM road mapping, CRM Best Practice, and overall CRM strategy. Based on the outskirts of Northampton you MUST have your own transport and be happy to do 4 days a week in the office.
You will work collaboratively on strategy, attend key client meetings alone and together with the GPM, help progress opportunities from initial conversation through to signed Terms of Business and handover to delivery. This is not a standalone sales role.
You will carry no responsibility for inpatients.
You will learn to interact with other specialties such as the Mother and Infant Mental Health team and Neuropsychiatry.
You will be fully registered with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or achieve this within 3 months of appointment).
