You should also be able to demonstrate solid experience in incident investigation and report writing, with a fair and balanced approach to identifying root causes. A practical understanding of diversity, equality and inclusion is important to us, as is the ability to communicate clearly—both in writing and in person—and present with confidence to varied audiences.
You should have GCSEs or equivalent as a minimum, with A-levels or a degree preferred. Professional qualifications such as CII are an advantage, and previous experience in insurance, claims handling, or a similar customer-focused environment would be beneficial.
