You will take ownership of our sales strategy across multiple service lines, manage a growing team of sales professionals and advisors, and personally drive revenue through partnerships, networking, and client engagement. This role reports directly to the Directors.

You will be an exceptional communicator, exceeding resident's expectations and ability to forge valued relationships with the client and stakeholders.

You must have strong residential block property / estate management experience, having worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.

You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.
