You will manage relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet client needs. This is a fast-paced, client facing role that blends commercial strategy with data-driven insights. Job Responsibilities - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will be working closely with Group functions to deliver the People Plan and their basic HR needs as well as help them be their best whilst driving change, supporting rapid business growth and a variety of ambitious and exciting projects all while making sure our culture is nurtured and developed.

You will be responsible for growing and developing an established territory by working closely with our dealer network and generating new opportunities through direct end-user engagement. This is a proactive, outward-facing role where no two days are the same.

You will ideally have:

You will have a background in selling a broad range of solutions including Automation, Operations Optimization Software Solutions, Instrumentation and ongoing Service and Support.

You will achieve sales targets from existing or new accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives.

You will be an external Business Development expert and will play a pivotal role in translating vendor and technology growth plans internally, driving strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with marketing to leverage Market Development Funds (MDF) and align with the broader sales organisation to capitalise on specialised opportunities.
