You will be involved in supporting the movement of data, documents and information which will include: - supporting lawyers and Executive Assistants with a variety of administrative tasks; - manage incoming and outgoing communications, including post, emails, documents; - assist with file management, data entry, and financial housekeeping;
You will be joining a close-knit and supportive Investigations Team, currently made up of a Manager, Lead Investigating Officer, and three Investigating Officers, each managing their own caseloads.
You will also manage client’s four SharePoint sites, respond to straightforward queries from panels and enforcement teams, and draft basic Prior Conduct reports.
You will have a minimum of a year’s previous experience in Payroll and knowledge of associated tasks - Have an understanding of Auto Enrolment
You will join our Leeds office and be fully involved in managing your own caseload of Trading & Pre-Pack Administrations and Complex Liquidations.
You will work closely with Senior Administrators, Managers and Directors on a range of Advisory & Restructuring projects.
You will be an experienced Administrator already familiar with the processes involved in Administrations and Liquidations.
You will work within a team to provide a high quality service to our impressive portfolio of clients that include prestigious and market leading global companies.
