You will receive full training and support while working across a range of activities within the business. This includes a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Reporting and training alongside the Office Manager, duties to include: * Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate person, and handle queries professionally.

You will play a key part in keeping the sales and order process running smoothly, from initial enquiry through to delivery.

You will ideally have experience in a sales or order-processing role, but attitude and attention to detail are just as important.

You will provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams. Key Responsibilities: Answer and redirect phone calls as needed. Prepare sales quotations for the sales team. Send price inquiries to suppliers for bespoke products. Input sales orders into the ERP system.

You will coordinate the apprentice journey throughout the duration of their apprenticeship and promote and develop positive outcomes for all.

You will develop strong working relationships with employers, apprentices, and their tutors to ensure the apprentice is being supported to achieve.
