You will be part of the West Midlands team that is based out of the Coleshill office, offering direct support to our families with a realistic caseload (10-12 families).
You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession.
You will work with a caseload of service users to develop individual goals and coordinate a Recovery focussed package of support which will enhance their quality of life and provide opportunities for greater social inclusion within the wider community.
You will join a supportive Facilities team working across multiple sites in the north of the borough, helping to maintain a secure, compliant, and well-functioning estate for colleagues and visitors.
You will support out-of-hours call out procedures on a rota basis and assist with general facilities and security duties throughout the estate.
