You will work with the Director of Commercial Finance to oversee the organisation's long‐term financial health, challenging & influencing stakeholders to drive decisions based on financial insights. Main Responsibilities Partnering with Head of Sales and Heads of Categories to provide analysis, reporting, and helping understand the financial impact of business decisions.
You will oversee a team of up to 10 skilled tradespeople, ensuring projects are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support a team of tradespeople across multiple projects. Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring resources and materials are available.
