You will lead and coordinate the installation team, being the go-to senior point of contact on sites, whilst remaining hands on, to cover mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring a smooth project delivery.
You will be based out of Kent, however, travel and some overnight stays will be required within the role.
You will ensure daily targets are met with a well-trained team that communicates openly at all levels. Key tasks * Ensure all staff, equipment, and materials are ready to meet the production plan.
You will have proven experience as a Supervisor or Team leader, or could be stepping up from a Senior Operator role into a leadership role.
You will be able to manage a mixture of sub-contract and agency labour across various parts of the project and will lead tool box talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions.
You will be expected from time to time to be able to assist with difficult parts of the installation as well as offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations.
You will be responsible for supervising the workforce, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high-quality work that meets safety and compliance standards.
