You will initially be based between our offices in Warrington and our design partner offices in Woking with some flexibility for working from home during the design phase.

You will have 10+ years relevant experience preferably with a construction / energy / engineering background.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and commercially sound tender returns, build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and monitor market trends to keep pricing information up-to-date. Your role will also involve identifying potential risks and opportunities within project estimates and ensuring smooth communication during the project transition phase.
