You will have responsibility for the delivery of Major Works, statutory compliance, procurement, and technical services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, cost-effectively, and to the highest professional standards.
You will be an experienced Building Services or Property professional with a strong background in Major Works delivery, statutory compliance, and team leadership.
You will deploy technical excellence in the design of a wide range of heavy civil engineering structures, from deep belowground pumping stations to large above ground water-retaining concrete structures, and complex piled foundations to steel-framed buildings.
You will lead and oversee detailed design activities by others, as well as prepare detailed designs yourself.
You will be joining a very experienced team where everyone takes responsibility for their own projects. This role is for an experienced hands on structural design engineer, able and willing to act as technical lead.
You will be handling whole projects autonomously, providing complex design solutions.
You should have extensive buildings design experience and ideally be Chartered.
You will be experienced designing in all traditional materials and happy working under the guidance of a chartered structural engineer with a view to developing your client and architect liaison skills.
You will be working on both new build and refurbishment projects predominantly London based.
