You will apply your expertise in DMRB, MCHW, Eurocodes and modern design standards to produce high-quality engineering solutions for complex highway structure schemes. Working closely with the Team Leader, you will plan, coordinate and manage allocated schemes while providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
You will write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and advising with regards to nature and extent of damage.
You will also negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim. Ideally, you will be MBEng, MRICS or AssocRICS (minimum) qualified.
You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of structural design and project delivery, working closely with experienced engineers on a wide range of refurbishment and new-build projects. With structured training, mentoring, and exposure to industry-standard software and codes, you'll be supported in developing your technical skills and progressing towards chartership.
