You will be joining a small Quality team consisting of one Quality Manager and one other Quality Inspector, offering genuine ownership, visibility, and influence across the business. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspection, qualification, testing, and release activities in line with aerospace quality standards and the company's AS9100-approved Quality Management System.
You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance, health and safety, and overall well‐being of our school environment and its occupants, aligning closely with guidelines and legislation. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who can work a split shift pattern, but we are willing to discuss flexible working hours or part‐time hours to suit an individual and the school.
You will work on a range of projects, from commercial developments to bespoke residential homes, producing detailed technical information and supporting projects from design development through to construction.
You will be part of a close-knit team of 8 in a modern, supportive studio environment.

You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals. This qualification covers workplace hazards, health and safety legislation, and how to design and implement effective safety systems.
You will start off on a training salary of up to £32,000 for the first month or 2 (training duration), but please note if you are already very experienced, this may not be necessary and you will be straight onto the commission earning. Commission earning is based on the amount of units / appliances that you fit.
You will act as a key advisor to clients, supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities to add value.
You will be supported in your role with line management and leadership training as well as CPD access via Tolley’s, Croner-i, Mercia and Linked In Learning as required.
