Building Services Engineer jobs in Winchester

You will need to be proficient in designing and calculating electrical services including small power, Data/IT, Fire Alarms, Security, Access Control, lighting, power distribution, renewables such as photovoltaics etc. , to the built estate on behalf of the County Council.

You will supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair activities across commercial. Your role will involve managing reactive and planned maintenance works on building services equipment, including HVAC, heating systems and associated plant. Youll lead a team to ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to site operations.

You will provide high quality operational and technical support to the wider IT teams, including Incident resolution, service monitoring and maintenance, ensuring a seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

You will be a key technical resource to your Infrastructure team peers, providing them with guidance/ advise.
