Building Services Coordinator jobs in Uxbridge

You will manage the Mechanical and Electrical Services Consultants and Sub Contractors throughout the design, installation, and testing commissioning of the services installation.

You will be joining diverse teams working at a high professional level with exceptional levels of commitment.

You will be expected to act as an ambassador to the Cushman and Wakefield’s brand values when acting as the first point of contact for occupier queries and regular communications.

You must hold the ability to manage and motivate a small team, including regular performance management, training and appraisals.
