Building Services Coordinator jobs in Finaghy

You will have responsibility for design and management of mechanical building services projects in complex buildings, including refurbishing existing buildings. In some cases, you will be part of a larger team on major projects, as well as managing your own projects.

You will have a Building Services background with experience in design coordination, project delivery, or contract management, strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, Building Regulations, and BIM-led delivery, and the commercial awareness to align design with programme and value.
