You will be responsible for logging and managing maintenance activity, coordinating engineers and contractors, chasing progress, and ensuring accurate communication with internal teams and commercial tenants. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, providing vital operational support to the Facilities Managers and helping maintain visibility, control and service standards across the portfolio.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, ensuring the building runs smoothly, and providing PA support to the Family Office and property owner.
You will be articulate, highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks confidently in a busy environment.
You will also provide cover and assistance to the wider Facilities team during periods of absence or high activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and working as part of a friendly, service‑driven team. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide porter support across the building, transporting goods, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
