You will be involved in: - Pricing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission - Carrying out take-offs from drawings and specifications - Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender returns - Issuing and analysing subcontractor enquiries - Identifying risks, exclusions and value engineering opportunities
You will engage with internal and external customers and stakeholders, building strong working relationships, and maximising integration of offsite solutions within projects, encouraging repeat business.
