You will; Lead the estimating process on major and complex tenders, managing supply chain engagement, client interaction and coordination with internal commercial and delivery teams. Produce accurate estimates, cost plans and budgets from early-stage information, with the ability to price from first principles and analyse subcontractor quotations.
You will be a motivated and reliable individual who brings enthusiasm and positively to the team and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role can be based either in our Pomeroy or Belfast Office, depending on experience and candidates location (travel may be required to our other offices from time to time).
