You must record all works on a PDA, Planon is the CAFM system we operate. As our Building Services Engineer you will assume responsibility for: Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPM's AHU Maintenance, AC trouble shooting. Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems.
You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications.
