You will be confident in implementing modern digital solutions, managing significant findings, and ensuring robust safety arrangements across the portfolio.

You will have significant experience of managing property safety aspects of a large social housing asset portfolio and working in (social housing) property services at senior manager or Head of Service level.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business as well as with external contractors, so strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential. This position involves travel throughout the Wiltshire and Somerset area. A company vehicle will be provided; therefore, a full UK manual driving licence is required.
