You will play a key role in driving the project to successful completion on time and within budget, while liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will have responsibility for design and management of mechanical building services projects in complex buildings, including refurbishing existing buildings. In some cases, you will be part of a larger team on major projects, as well as managing your own projects.
You will be primarily involved in the daily inspection of the quality of the work completed onsite. Alongside the site you will initiate continuous improvements to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
You should have demonstrable (5 years) of experience of being part of a large-scale infrastructure programmes of work ideally within the water sector.
You will undertake feasibility assessments, analysis, preliminary and detailed design. Carry our design risk assessments and apply mitigation's. Joining and established team, this is a hybrid role, with a 50/50 split of home and site work for surveys and validation of the build along with some overnight stays depending on where you are based.
