You will take full responsibility for managing the bid process from initial opportunity through to contract award.

You will ideally come from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting background and have held one of the following roles: * Pre-Construction Manager / Lead * Senior BID Manager * BID Manager

You will be providing technical support to prestigious clients with varied national property portfolios. As we grow and develop within the team you will need to demonstrate the capability of eventually managing individual team members including picking up and organising their project work and where necessary, assisting them on projects.

You will be working in the Engineering Department 5 days a week in the office in Solihull. Some of the duties are - - Process data plate requests and vehicle certifications from chassis to completed build. - Create anchor point tags and associated certification. - Develop bespoke operator manuals for completed vehicles.

You will join a supportive Facilities team working across multiple sites in the north of the borough, helping to maintain a secure, compliant, and well-functioning estate for colleagues and visitors.

You will support out-of-hours call out procedures on a rota basis and assist with general facilities and security duties throughout the estate.
