You will identify, source, and build strong working relationships with reliable suppliers, creating and maintaining a robust database of preferred vendors while ensuring key relationships are effectively managed.

You will also be expected to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

You will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the project, working on the pre-con phase of tenders and then take the project through to site delivery.

You will work closely with the MQS and Commercial Manager as well as the client and site team, sometimes autonomously.

You will be involved from early concept design work through to installation support, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Producing mechanical (and some electrical) building services layout drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Revit. • Designing HVAC, heating, ventilation, domestic water and drainage systems.

You will work for a leading property agency based in the Midlands, with offices across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.

You will work as a Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor in their Nottingham office, working with professional services, as well as some project work.

You will work with dilapidations, condition surveys and reports and some party wall.
