You will use MIG and TIG welding techniques to join and shape metal components to precise specifications. Your responsibilities will include reading technical drawings, fabricating, welding and assembling the finished product. Training in certain fabrication machinery and techniques will be given.
You will complete timely and high-quality assessments to understand each family’s circumstances, identify strengths, and determine the most appropriate help or intervention.
You will work directly with children and families, alongside other staff within the Directorate and partner agencies.
You will build trusting relationships, offer early help and support, and when necessary, take decisive action to ensure children are safe and thriving.
