You will work as part of a team both in our dedicated building spaces supporting with activities such as cooking, arts and crafts and boccia, and within the local community supporting trips to go fishing, swimming, sailing and bowling to name a few.

You will deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support.

You will work with adults in supported living environments and in their own homes, assisting them to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible. The role also includes driving service users to appointments and community activities, making it especially suitable for candidates who enjoy active, people-focused work.

You will provide respectful personal care and support to enable people to develop their quality of life and independence. This will include providing support to build confidence and skills in all activities of daily living.
