Building Apprentice jobs in Oxfordshire

You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy, their well-being is promoted and their individual needs are met at all times, whilst demonstrating a respect for our policies and procedures and following direction given by your management team and your Trainer/Assessor.

You will complete 12 formal assessments and receive dedicated support to develop the required skills and behaviours for your apprenticeship. This will include building a comprehensive portfolio of evidence and completing a work-based project, both of which are essential for your Independent End Point Assessment (EPA).

We are looking for somebody with strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, willingness to assist in all tasks, and who is happy to constantly learn and develop new skills.
