You will be responsible for playing a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.

You will also be leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to ensure you create a warm and inclusive environment in which our residents feel a sense of security and belonging while simultaneously retaining their dignity and self-respect.

You should be a proactive team player, flexible in your approach, and comfortable working to strict deadlines in a production environment. This is a permanent, on-site role based in North Tyneside, offering stability and the chance to work on advanced electrical systems within a supportive and safety-driven environment

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the children, young people and adults you support. Our staff come from all walks of life, and bring their experiences, interests and skills – be that cooking, sports, the outdoors, art or crafts – with them to enrich the lives of those they care for.

You will need to be able to build trusting relationships with children from the ages of 4 - 11 years old and provide positive feedback to parents and carers.

You will need to be aware of maintaining high standards of care and follow policies and procedures in relation to safeguarding.

You will also deliver group sessions and workshops to support the development of skills and strategies such as communication, resilience, negotiation and assertiveness skills; confident and responsible parenting behaviours and positive coping strategies.

You will be responsible for working towards service delivery targets and providing information to evidence outcomes achieved.
