You will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments across the South West from initial due diligence through delivery, providing clear, commercially grounded advice to lenders and project teams. This is a judgement-led position. You’ll be expected to interrogate proposals, assess and articulate risk, and support lender confidence throughout the lifecycle of each scheme.
