You will play a pivotal role in growing sales in your region; the products you will be selling are high quality and renowned for their reliability and performance.

You will be working for a privately owned manufacturing business where sales people are well supported and rewarded.

You will have responsibility for leading NPD projects from end to end working with the consumer insights department to create a strong sales story. You’ll need well developed stakeholder management skills as you’ll be collaborating cross functionally with the marketing strategy & pricing team, comms senior brand manager, the sales team and R&D team to ensure launches deliver commercial excellence.

You will need sound problem solving mindset and a logical approach to varied technical challenges.

You will need to be self-motivated and able to learn quickly, work independently and deliver with limited local support; as well as maintain a professional behaviour to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
