You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes
You will be involved in a variety of work, including advising on rural property transactions, managing estates, and providing strategic advice to clients in the agricultural sector.
You will have a strong background in Residential & Rural Property law, with substantial experience in agricultural property work, ideally at a senior level.
You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.
You must be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive or an experienced Conveyancing Executive to apply for this role.
You will work across the full spectrum of residential property law, including property and land sales and purchases, remortgages, equity releases, and auction matters.
You should also be confident on the phone and have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
