You will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and analysing large-scale ‘omics and multiomics data sets, including at single-cell resolution and under genetic/chemical perturbation.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between data science, bioinformatics, and engineering — ensuring seamless, secure, and reproducible deployment of ML models in production and research environments.
You will oversee the engineering and operations of our cloud-native data platform, which will host the Pathogen Reference Database. This includes delivering data management capabilities for ingesting genomic data, tools for curation, data catalogues, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and bioinformatics tooling.

You will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and analysing large-scale ‘omics and multiomics data sets, including at single-cell resolution and under genetic/chemical perturbation.
You will work to strengthen the company’s relationship with scientists to ensure the application of our products to their research.
You will assist customers in experimental design, product installation, use of wet and dry lab products, data analysis, and workflow implementation and validation, in collaboration with other internal and customer-facing teams!
You will be involved in designing, developing and implementing high-throughput bioinformatics and machine-learning solutions to analyse large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets (bulk and single-cell), with the aim of linking DNA sequence and chromatin features to gene regulation and expression.
You will drive the design and execution of preclinical studies, lead scientific investigations, and contribute to the development of new drug candidates. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.
